30 Days Money Back Warranty

 

(1)If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 30 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees.

(2)If the product works but you don't like it, you can send it back for refund, in this case we will charge 15% restock and handling fee and don't refund the shipping fees.

 

   

   

Lifetime Exchange Warranty

   

   

If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us for exchange. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers.

The warranty is voided when damage is caused by:

  • Improper handling, neglect or failure to operate the product following the directions provided.
  • An outside force beyond the control of PROSFP (eg. flood, fire).
  • Any repair or opening of the product by the dealer or end-user.

 

 

  

Return Fees

  

 

No matter for any reason, buyers should pay the shipping fees to return the unsatisfied goods and No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products back first. After we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.
